Jim joined Blakeley Properties as the Building Manager for the Southborough Business Center in 2016. Prior to joining Blakeley Properties, Jim served and retired from a public safety career in 2015 after 31 years.  As Blakeley Properties added to its portfolio of buildings, Jim was elevated to Facilities Manager. Along with the daily operations of the buildings he holds a Massachusetts Contractors License which gives the flexibility of overseeing new tenant design, renovations and expansions.
